I first came to Summer in a panic when I had assumed a new position as director of a small special district in September 2018. After she allayed my panic and assured me that she could help me through the issues, she did just that. Since that panic in 2018 Summer has guided me through an audit RFP process, created financial statements for annual audits, and solved a very sticky tax issue.
